Weve yet to experience this for ourselves, but we know people who have and say it is one of their favourite experiences in the Hunter Valley. The beauty of this spot is, it goes against the rule discussed in location number one; this one is so easy to get to, and still, the shots are spectacular! Bask in the lavash array of colour and scent found in the Rose Garden with hundreds and thousands of roses on display, or take in the superb views from the lookout that sits above the 10-metre-high waterfall of the Sunken Garden. It almost takes you back to the olden days; no reception, no phones, just good company and a lot of laughs.
